We are a small Park Home Estate situated on the outskirts of Ripon surrounded by fields, yet only half a mile from the town centre.
Each Park Home has a reasonable sized garden and a parking area for one car. Pets are welcome but must be kept under control. This Park has a full 12 Month 'Residential License' which means you can live there all year round, infact the park home is your main home/residence. All our residents are now retired or semi retired and there are no children living on the Park although they do come to stay with Grandparents and relatives from time to time.
 

Our residents are very keen gardeners and have entered the park and their gardens in ‘The Ripon In Bloom’ competition many times. In the past having won the ‘Streets in Ripon’ award and best kept ‘Individual Gardens’. They take pride in their gardens and the general ambience of the Park.

 How to find Us - Take a Northerly route from Ripon City Centre, turn left at the ‘Clock Tower’ onto the Masham/Leyburn road the A6108, take the first small road on the right  Little Studley Road we are at the very end of this road.
